about

Canyon Kids began as a recording project between songwriters Bo Elledge and Dusty Nichols. The two collaborators put together what they called a "Double EP," in which each songwriter contributed four songs of their own. The result: a harmony centric style, rooted in folk, and blended with other genres like rock, electronica, soul, and psychedelia. Their home is Jackson Hole Wyoming, where the surrounding mountainous landscape is a constant source of inspiration. Whether playing as an acoustic duo, or backed by their trusty rhythm section (John Wayne Harris Jr on drums and Adam Woolley on bass) these Canyon Kids aim to please with lush vocal harmony, big guitar sounds, mellow acoustic strums, and thoughtful arranging.
